• This exerciser pulls the normal forward curvature into the neck region while stretching and strengthening exercisers are performed during the 6-minute, six exercise sessions. Exercises are on You Tube and provided in written format as well as on an included Flash Drive.
• These sessions provide immediate relief of headaches, chronic neck pain and restricted neck motion.

Red (easy) units provide 3-8 pounds of pull. Blue (medium) units provide 8-24 pounds of pull and the Green (firm) units provide 12-31 pounds of pull. All tubing has an enclosed safety cord that connects one handle to the other handle and prevents injury if the tubing should break during use.
