HOW TO MEASURE YOUR ARM/CHEST - To ensure a comfortable fit, measure around the chest, just below the armpits, & measure the circumference around the widest part of your bicep with the arm relaxed. If your measurements are in between sizes, we recommend choosing ONE SIZE LARGER.
